Data Centers
We presently operate servers in 2 separate datacenters. We run our US based servers out of a large datacenter located in Dallas Texas. Most clients will have their sites hosted from servers in the Dallas datacenter. We also have Canadian based servers in datacenters located in Toronto, Ontario.
Dallas Datacenter
The Dallas datacenter is a Tier IV facility located inside the well known INFOMART telecom hotel near downtown Dallas. The INFOMART telecom complex is home to multiple datacenters including MCI, Verizon, Verio, Level 3, Equinix, Switch & Data, DataSides, and more. The building sits atop three redundant electrical grids from TXU delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building. HVAC needs are supplied via five one hundred ton on-site water chillers to deliver N+1 cooling requirements. INFOMART is home to over twelve switch sites and thirty-five different carriers, INFOMART houses technology and telecom related businesses in a diverse communications complex.
Toronto Datacenter
We host Windows based sites from a datacenter located in Toronto, Ontario. The Toronto datacenter network has been engineered from the ground up to accommodate the high demands of the internet's most resource intensive websites.
The Toronto datacentre is equipped with the latest technologies for Windows based hosting. Redundant UPS power and a diesel generator can provide backup power for up to 10 days in case of disaster situations. The datacenter is also protected by advanced environmental controls including HVAC, gas fire suppression, biometric access control systems and more. A multi-homed network includes 100 per cent uptime. The datacenter is under video surveillance and monitored 24x7x365.
